Commission Listings
Create and manage the services you offer. Listings are the core of your shop, defining what clients can buy.
Overview
Navigate to Dashboard > Listings to see your "My Listings" manager. Here you can see all your active and inactive services.
Creating a Listing
Click + Create Listing to start. The content is huge, so we have broken it down into sections:
1. Basic Info & Categories
- Title: Make it clear (e.g., "Full Body Illustration").
- Base Price: The starting price. You can add extra costs later via Add-ons.
- Category: Select the most accurate category (e.g. "Illustration", "Live2D") to help users find you.
- Tags: Add keywords like "nsfw", "sketch", or "chibi". Press Enter after each tag.
- Description: Explain what you will deliver. Use the Rich Text Editor to bold key points.
- Commission Process: A separate text area to explain your workflow (e.g., "Sketch → Invoice → Final").
2. Visuals (Example Media)
Showcase your best work. These images appear in the gallery at the top of your listing.
- Upload: Click the large "+ Upload" button. You can multi-select files to upload many images at once. Support includes JPG, PNG, and small Videos (MP4/WebM).
- Reorder: Drag and drop images to rearrange them. The first image will be the main thumbnail for the listing.
- Metadata: Click "Edit" on any image to add a caption or mark it as NSFW (blur).
3. Form & Requirements (Custom Fields)
Define exactly what information you need from the client using the Custom Form Builder.
- Add Question: Click "+ Add Custom Question" to insert a new field.
- Field Types: Choose from Short Text, Long Text, Number, Date, or Dropdown.
- Reordering: Use the ↑ and ↓ arrows on each question card to change their order.
- Rich Text Descriptions: You can add detailed instructions or links to reference sheets in the description of each question.
- Required: Toggle "Required" to force clients to answer before submitting.
4. Availability & Limits
Control the supply of your commissions.
- Max Slots: Limit the number of active commissions. Once reached, the listing shows as "Full". Leave empty for unlimited.
- Availability End: Set a date for the listing to automatically close (great for limited-time events).
- Listing Status:
- Open: Accepting requests.
- Waitlist: Clients can join a waitlist but not pay yet.
- Closed: No new requests.
5. Selection Method
Choose how you accept work for this listing:
- First Come, First Served (FCFS): Standard shop model.
- Application Only: Clients submit a detailed Application. You review them all and manually choose which ones to accept.
- Auction: Clients place monetary bids.
- Reserve Price: Minimum price to sell.
- Auto Buy: Instant purchase price.
- End Time: When the bidding stops.
6. Add-ons
Create optional upgrades. Each add-on can have its own descriptive image uploaded directly in the form.
- Options: You can add variations to add-ons (e.g. Add-on "Extra Character" with options "Half Body +$30", "Full Body +$50").
7. Highlights & Advanced
- Listing Highlights: Add key/value pairs like "Turnaround: 2 Weeks" or "Revisions: 3". These appear as badges on the listing.
- Pin to Top: Check this to make this listing appear first on your profile.
- Active: Toggle this OFF to save the listing as a draft without publishing it.
Managing Active Listings
Status Badges
Listings are marked as either ACTIVE (visible to public) or INACTIVE (hidden). You can toggle this status at any time by editing the listing.
Bids & Auctions
For Auction listings, you will see a Bids button on the listing card. Click it to open the Bid Management modal.
- View the history of all bids placed.
- Manually contact top bidders.
- End Auction: This will close the listing and automatically generate a Commission Request for the winner.
Duplicating Listings
Want to create a similar service? Click Duplicate on any card to create a copy. This creates a new draft with all the settings (price, add-ons, description) pre-filled.
